Transcription: We want to present these totals as objects in a chart as an alternative to presenting them as values in this worksheet. To do that we must select the values in the worksheet as well as the column and row headings. So our plotting area will include this range. Now we can open the Insert menu and choose the Chart option to start the chart wizard. Then we'll select a chart type from this list and click Next.
